In this unit you will demonstrate knowledge of the major organizations of the Navy, how communication among naval units is accomplished, the value of good intelligence and the need to protect that intelligence.

  • Warm-up exercises (10 minutes)

  • 25 sit-ups (5 minutes)

  • 25 push-ups (5 minutes)

  • 1-minute plank (5 minutes)

  • 30-minute run/walk on the track (30 minutes)

  • Cool-down and stretching (10 minutes)

  • Hydration and recovery (10 minutes)

  • Discussion on the importance of physical fitness in leadership (15 minutes)
